• No booking will be accepted without all the booking information: client info page, 50 % deposit , map to venue, photo of couple , signed booking contract.
• With payment of the deposit by the bridal couple and acceptance of deposit and confirmation of booking by Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography, both parties acknowledge their agreement to the terms and conditions as listed herein.
• The agreement is between Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography and the bridal couple on the signed contract and not by a third person responsible for payment.
• Deposit is non refundable should the wedding be cancelled by the bridal couple for whatever reason. In the event that the booking is cancelled or not honoured by Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography or its representatives the full deposit is refundable by Chris van Dalen Studio 77 Photography .
• Printing of books, products will only commence after full payment has been received & contact pages are signed off – no cheques accepted please.
• The client is responsible for the pick-up of all products from studio77.
• Products will be provided as specified by package on booking contract.
• In the event that Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography need to courier a parcel to the client, the client will be held responsible for all the costs involved.
• After clients have received edited images and book design from Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography they have a time frame of 21 days to supply any changes in writing to Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography. Neglecting to do so the clients products will not be priority to Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography and completed in own due time.
• Changes to designer album are limited to 10 changes per album. Any additional changes will be charged according to time spend on design . (current rate R400 per hour) subject to change.
• An additional charge of R300 per hour will be charged after 22h00 at reception on the wedding day. Except for package one which includes only 2 hours at reception.
• All quotes provided are estimates only and is subject to change if the 22h00 time limit is exceeded.
• Travelling outside a 80 km radius from Chris van Dalen Studio 77 Photography’s offices will be charged at R2.50 per kilometre. The cost of toll gates will be added to the final bill.
• Sleeping arrangements may be required when travelling outside a 150 km radius from Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography’s offices. Any costs arising from the accommodation will be added to the final bill. Any sleeping arrangements should be confirmed with Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography before booking.
• The bridal couple must make seating and food arrangements for Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography. 1 or 2 seats required.
• Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography cannot be held responsible for the quality of the images from delays caused by bride, guests, family or acts of God, natural or unnatural.
• Chris van Dalen Studio77 Photography reserve the right to use any photos taken by them, and used in adds , magazines etc. without any compensation to the parties involved.
• In the very unlikely event that you should experience any problems with your products please report it a.s.a.p. We would gladly correct them within a 30 day period of collection.
